Each year, the James Merrill House Committee invites a distinguished speaker to deliver The Annual James Merrill Lecture. This year will be the ninth in our series and will feature noted author and essayist, Anne Fadiman, reading from her work. It will be held at the La Grua Center on Water Street in Stonington, CT, on Sunday, May 26th at 5pm. The reading, as all James Merrill House Committee events, is free and open to the public.
James Merrill's apartment is open to the general public four afternoons a year. At other times, visits may be arranged by appointment. Please contact us via our website for more information and directions.
