CT Open House Day @ the JMH

The James Merrill House is a writer's home and a home for writers. Named a National Historic Landmark in 2016, the building at 107 Water Street is as charming and quirky as Merrill left it at the time of his passing in 1995, the same year his third floor apartment and fourth floor studio became home to an internationally renowned writer-in-residence program. Come tour Merrill's whimsical, color-drenched apartment in the picturesque Stonington Borough, which has hosted over 100 writers to date. Tours will be offered from 11am to 3pm.
